This contract concerns the online sale of:

• Digital content (e.g., ebooks, guides, downloadable files, courses, 3D models, templates, etc.);

Tax regime: The seller operates under the flat-rate scheme pursuant to Law 190/2014 and therefore does not apply or show VAT on the invoice. All prices are to be considered VAT exempt, as provided by current legislation.

3. Purchase methods
You can make a purchase through the online cart and electronic payment. Once the order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of the purchase. For digital products, the download link will be provided immediately after payment or, in any case, within 24 hours.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are expressed in euros (€) and are VAT excluded, as the seller operates under the flat-rate scheme.
Several payment methods are accepted (e.g., cards, PayPal, bank transfer, depending on the website configuration).

5. Right of withdrawal
For physical products:
You have the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). The product must be intact, unused, and returned at your expense. Once the return is received, we will proceed with the refund.

For digital products:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content (art. 59, letter o) of the Consumer Code), if you have expressly consented to immediate execution and have accepted to lose your right of withdrawal. At the time of purchase, you will be asked to accept this clause.

6. Intellectual property
All digital content (models, guides, texts, images, etc.) is protected by copyright, and any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is prohibited. The purchase does not transfer any intellectual property rights: you only acquire a personal, non-transferable usage license.

7. Limitation of liability
While we do our best to ensure the quality of physical and digital products, Domadraghi Cosplay cannot be held responsible for:

any improper use by you;

any technical incompatibility of the files with your software or devices;

delays attributable to external services (e.g., couriers, payment providers);

indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the purchased content.

8. Jurisdiction and applicable law
The sales contract is governed by Italian law.

Pursuant to art. 66-bis of the Consumer Code, if you are a consumer, territorial jurisdiction lies with the court of your place of residence or domicile.

If you are a professional or a company, the exclusive competent court will be that of Bari.

9. Translation and prevailing language
This website offers an automatic English version of the content through a plugin. However, in case of doubt or discrepancies between versions, the Italian version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail for all legal purposes.
